He’s Not “Brett Pitt” Either…
Okay, okay…it could happen to anyone. Maybe. But let’s be frank: some of these have us shaking our heads and wondering if anyone out there is paying attention. Yes, we’re talking about some hilarious translation fails.
Some of them seem so well meaning and sweet. But really? “We don’t re-use the food.”? What?! Great. Glad to hear it.
Seen first over at Lingua Greca, this comes from a Korean restaurant in New Zealand. We understand. You want us to really be certain that the food we eat at your fine establishment has never been eaten before by anyone else.

Translation Process Built on Trust
The translation process is based on trust. Trust comes through repeated, positive transactions. In other words, trust is earned.
We know it sounds crazy, but you’re not going to get trust worthy translations when you ask you high school aged son’s best friend to translate your marketing slogans because he has an “A” in English this year.
